OUR HERstory
POR AMOR was founded by four young women in 2003. Erin Hahn, Melissa Gimousis Rachel Larabee and Tanika Riley. Initially POR AMOR was formed as the project "POR AMOR" (FOR LOVE) to exclusively serve marginalized communities in the Dominican Republic through various social development projects. Fifteen years later POR AMOR has evolved into a multi- disciplinary arts and culture organization serving schools,communities and organizations across Ontario, Canada.
