OUR HERstory
POR AMOR Community Enhancement Initiatives is a Canadian non-profit organization focused on empowering young people to take active leadership roles in their community through artistic and educational elements that serve to inspire social activism.
POR AMOR was founded by four young women in 2003. Initially POR AMOR was formed to exclusively serve marginalized communities in the Dominican Republic through various social development projects. Since then, POR AMOR has evolved to include arts education employment programs in Toronto and Service Learning Trips
